With extensive experience in transportation, logistics, specialized support services, and business development, he founded VGTME with a clear vision: to deliver transportation solutions that combine operational excellence with a human-centered approach.

Under his leadership, VGTME has grown into a trusted provider of commercial transportation, urgent delivery, specialized accompaniment, and logistics services across Québec. Gregory is committed to innovation, continuous improvement, exceptional customer service, and building long-term partnerships with clients in both the public and private sectors.

As Director of Operations, Verland Siverne oversees VGTME's daily operational activities, ensuring every service is delivered safely, efficiently, and on schedule. His expertise in logistics coordination and team management enables the company to maintain exceptional service quality while optimizing operational performance.

Verland works closely with drivers, dispatchers, and clients to ensure that every delivery and transportation assignment meets the company's high standards of professionalism, reliability, and customer satisfaction.

Caleb André leads the administrative operations of VGTME, overseeing compliance, internal processes, documentation, and administrative management. Known for his attention to detail and strong organizational skills, he plays a key role in supporting the company's sustainable growth and operational efficiency.

His commitment to accuracy, transparency, and continuous improvement helps maintain the solid administrative foundation that supports VGTME's expanding operations.

Pierre Richard Joseph is responsible for supervising VGTME's dispatch operations and coordinating daily transportation activities. He ensures clear communication between clients, dispatchers, and drivers while managing schedules and responding quickly to operational needs.

His strong organizational abilities, problem-solving skills, and customer-focused approach help ensure that every service is delivered with efficiency, professionalism, and reliability.

Nicolas Théophile Jr. leads VGTME's driver recruitment and quality assurance initiatives. He is responsible for identifying, hiring, onboarding, and supporting professional drivers who share the company's values of integrity, safety, and customer care.

In addition to recruitment, Nicolas oversees quality standards, training programs, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure every team member consistently delivers the high level of service that defines the VGTME brand.
